The Horizon of Events And it shall come to pass in that day, that there shall be no light, but heavy clouds and thick; And there shall be one day which shall be known as the LORD'S, not day, and not night, but it shall come to pass that at evening time there shall be light. Zechariah 14:6-7 When the signs of nature speak the congregation has every reason to listen. The events are not coincidental, they announce that the Lord is coming. The signs do not show up in unusual events, but rather in ordinary events, which gain momentum and force. Everybody feels when something is coming. It will be wonderful, when he comes. When the sky breaks open and we may approach him. Oh glorious day! Let pollution and inflation come! Let war and rumours of war come! Let society be dissolved! All these are matters of no importance. The real reason to look forward is that we do not belong on this earth. We are citizens of heaven. Heaven is our goal, and it affects they way we look upon life. One thing is clear. The old heaven is defiled by demon and thus a new heaven and earth must appear. However, we now have to face the fact that dark clouds are piling up over the earth in an ominous way and forebode a terrible storm. The bible predicts that an incredible darkness will cover the world. Something will happen and it will put out the light of the sun, moon and stars. This can, of course, be a supernatural darkness. Pollution, natural disasters or other judgements of God may also cause this darkness. Scientists are astonished by strange natural events. Volcanic eruptions, blood and haze around the moon hit people by surprise. This haze in cosmos gives the moon a red colour and creates periods of darkness over the earth. -almost as if the sun refused to shine. Astounding accidents will come upon us, like a whirlwind from the farthest end of the Universe. Some may say that I have written this in order to frighten people. It is not true. No, this is a message from the heavenly God.  If our idea of a future fades, a paralysis takes place, introspection along with stagnation and indifference. Something within us dies if we are not allowed to feel hope. A single moment – and it has happened We encroach on God's power by flying our little air planes shamelessly through his nostrils. I think we reached a decisive moment, in the sense of judgement, when our space ships landed on God's moon. Science prided itself to be a ruler of the universe. Think of the tower of Babel. Humanity tried to take its first steps towards the Heavens. And now we are facing the same judgement, as before over Babylon. Oh what a terrible and fearful day we will face. It has been granted gifted people, to see beyond the things we see with our eyes and experience an invisible and heavenly reality. I saw a big black cloud in the sky which darkened the land. I saw demons coming out of the cloud, terrible demons, which possessed the land. Then the land turned black, and I heard a a voice calling: “Darkness falls across the world.” I heard the people wailing. You, who do not believe  in our discourse, who do not believe that Jesus is near, but think we are trying to install fear, you will see whether we have spoken the truth or not.
